Who we are
QUANTUM TRANSPORT™ (quantum-transport.net) is a secure file-transport service operated by Yehudah Shilo Groskin, Jerusalem, Israel (Patent IL 332465).
Information we collect
Account data you provide (name, email, password stored as a salted hash), the files and memos you choose to transport, payment confirmations from our payment providers, and technical logs (IP address, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service. We do not read or open the contents of your transported files beyond what is required to store and deliver them.
How we use it
To operate the service: create your QT address, hold and deliver payloads, issue destruction certificates, process credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Allpay and PayPal). We never receive or store your full card number; we receive only payment confirmations.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform. Payloads follow the service's lifecycle: delivered, refused, or automatically destroyed after the 7-day holding window, after which a destruction certificate replaces the file. Account and ledger records are kept as long as your account exists or as law requires.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to the email below. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Transport over HTTPS, passwords stored only as salted hashes, and an immutable SHA-256 audit ledger of transport events.
